6. How long we keep data

We keep your progress, credits and certificate records while you are a subscriber, so they are still there if you return. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Payment records are kept by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for optional uses. Email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with, and we will reply within 21 days.

8. Children

Learners under 18 should use SpeakMelayu with a parent or guardian's consent. A parent or guardian can contact us to see or delete their child's data.

9. Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption, access codes are checked on our servers, and progress records are stored under hashed email addresses. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please keep your access code private.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell subscribers by email about significant changes.
